Great news, people! The Department of Public Service has signed off (albeit grudgingly!) on our CPG application. Now it should only be a matter of time before the Public Utility Commission issues the Certificate of Public Good. I should think (hope!) this would be a formality. The DPS is definitely the bigger obstacle and we have overcome it!

(I can't believe the DPS would require a small community solar project like ours to hire an aesthetics expert! They waived the requirement essentially because I provided them a ton of information showing our small project would not 'shock the sensibilities of the average person'!)
I'll let you know as soon as we get the CPG. Then we move to get the rest of the contracts signed, down payments made and schedule the ground mount installation.
